Bridge to New Opportunities (BNO)
Bridge to New Opportunities (BNO) provides behavioral health and substance misuse counseling for youth at risk of involvement with the juvenile justice system. The program takes a holistic, family-centered approach to stabilize, support, and redirect youth toward healthier outcomes.
YouthForce
YouthForce is a year-round after-school program designed to build confidence, leadership skills, and academic success for middle school youth.
New Day
New Day provides restorative justice services for youth who have been arrested or received a civil citation. The program focuses on accountability, growth, and second chances.
Kinship (K.I.S.S.)
Kinship supports children being raised by relatives or non-relative caregivers when biological parents are unable to provide care. The program helps maintain stable, nurturing home environments.
HEAL
HEAL focuses on improving mental health across Broward County. Connecting families to trauma-informed services.
Healthy Youth Transition (HYT)
HYT supports youth transitioning into adulthood without sufficient family support, including those aging out of foster care.
CARES
(Connecting And Restoring Emotional Safety)
CARES provides counseling and outreach services for individuals and families impacted by trauma and tragedy.
Families Support Team (FST)
FST provides intensive, individualized WRAP services for youth experiencing repeated mental health crises.
Broward County Public Schools Support Services
HDC provides school-based therapy and life coaching services for identified BCPS students.
One Community Partnership4
OCP4 provides WRAP services for young children diagnosed with mental health disorders. Supporting caregivers with strategies for home stability.
Supportive Housing Living
Supportive Housing Living provides life coaching and stabilization services for youth facing housing insecurity and reentry challenges.
